We highly recommend you to visit our showroom to personally view our display units. Our friendly and experienced staff will assist you in selecting a suitable product based on your needs. Alternatively you can contact us via phone or email.

You can call or email us for support or visit our showroom where our staff will be able to demostrate and guide you on how to setup and operate the product.

Most of our products come with 1 year warranty from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defects. The warranty is automatically entered into our system upon purchase. For over the counter purchases, our staff will request your details for warranty purposes.

Our web prices are non-inclusive of GST as we supply our goods overseas as well. GST will be added upon check out for local purchases.

We accept bank transfers, PayNow, Credit / Debit Cards and Cash (over the counter).

We try our best to make sure this will not happen through stringent checks and follow-ups, but should it occur we will provide the next earliest availability date or an alternative product model. Should the options offered be deemed not suitable, we reserve the rights to cancel the order and refund the purchase.

Kindly present to us a print out or digital copy of the original order confirmation. Screenshots or photos might not be accepted to protect against fraudulent collection. We might also request for your personal identification document and/or the credit card used for original purchase.

Should you wish to authorise someone else to make the collection on your behalf, kindly inform us beforehand. He / she should present the print out or digital copy along with his/her personal ID for verification.

We reserve the right to reject the collection request if we are unable to perform the requisite verifictions.

No, the delivery timing will be advised by our sales team. We will contact you and try our best to adhere to the agreed timing; however, sometimes this may be affected by traffic conditions, delivery to other customers beforehand and other general movements. In such events we will contact you to provide an update.

No. Please contact us via phone or email should you require any assistance. It is highly recommended for you to visit our showroom should you feel a need for a demostration to gain first hand experience on how to setup and operate the product.

We will evaluate the product and if deemed defective due to manufacturing defects within the warranty period, we will either repair or replace the product for you. Kindly bring the product back and provide your details for us to verify the warranty claim.

If the repair or replacement is not reasonably possible or cannot be done within a reasonable period of time, we may either issue a partial refund subjected to your approval or have the product returned for a full refund.

On returning defective goods, please note that any free gifts, vouchers, accessories, etc associated with the purchase must also be returned at the same time. If free gifts, vouchers, accessories, etc have been used, the refund amount will be offset accordingly.
